I'm Building Gridiron Rumble — A Street-Style 7v7 Arcade Football Game
Get ready to rumble.
NFL Street came out on January 13, 2004. That’s over 20 years ago. There really hasn’t been a true arcade football game like it since. Nobody’s reviving it, so I’m building it myself.
Gridiron Rumble is a 2D pixel-art arcade street football game coming to Steam and iOS.
What it is
7v7 street football on compact courts. No punts, no field goals. 32 fictional teams. 8 unique street locations with unique weather conditions, each one changing how the game plays.
Trick plays that actually feel like trick plays — behind-the-back passes, no-look laterals, freestyle spikes. A Style Meter that rewards you for playing with flair. The kind of stuff that made NFL Street electric, built from the ground up.
What it isn’t
It’s not a card game wearing a football jersey. No loot boxes. No energy timers. No menus-as-gameplay. You download it, you play it.
Free to download on Steam and iOS. $2.99 to unlock career mode. $2.99 to unlock online play. $9.99 per season for a cosmetic Season Pass. Never any pay to win mechanics.
There’s depth behind the arcade action
Career mode for you to battle through a 32-team bracket to take the championship. Challenge scenarios that raise the stakes mid-season. A training mode to master the playbook before you hit the field.
Online multiplayer is coming post-launch.
